Regular delivery time is 15 business days.

During peak season delivery time may be up to 3 months.

Local Shipping

In Monterrey and metropolitan area:
Cost $90 pesos

Once your order is ready, you will receive a direct message, inbox or phone call to schedule delivery. You must make sure to comply with the established agreement. In case there is no one at home, the order will be returned to our offices and you will have to pay for a second shipment.

Domestic Shipping

All of the Mexican Republic
Cost depends on the State from $100 to $195 pesos

You will receive an email or direct message with your tracking number so you can track your package and be aware of the delivery.

It is not possible to set a delivery time with the courier. We have no control over the time it may take to deliver. Extended areas have scheduled frequencies so it may take longer. It is necessary to provide all correct information, as well as a telephone number, to speed up delivery. We are not responsible if the address is incorrect or if the courier does not answer the phone.
