Calming Strategies

Excellent resource to have on hand strategies for children to calm down.

Print them out, stick them on a tongue depressor and put them in a jar.

Every time a child has a meltdown and you need to calm him down, have him take one.

It will also help you a lot to know that you have quick access to what could be your solution at the moment.
